Through our conversations, we’re looking for your insights and uncovering your expertise about yourself. At first it may sound strange, but your answers are much more powerful and profound, and more relevant to your life, than my suggestions (neuroscience backs this up). Working together, we can uncover the answers and actions that will help you.

The coaching process

Coaching is a partnership between coach and client designed to bring about new awareness and perspective shifts for the client using an Awareness > Action > Learning process.
​
  • AWARENESS: Coaching conversations evoke new awareness about habits or perspectives we hold.

  • ACTION: With this new awareness, we design an action toward furthering a goal or changing a habit.

  • LEARNING: At our next session, we review your action (or inaction) with curiosity so new learning can occur. ​​​
​
  • REPEAT: Repeating this process moves you toward greater self-awareness and achieving your goals.

​​My role as Certified Coach is to be your reflective thinking partner, to help you approach challenges with curiosity and accountability. We’ll look at the goals or challenges on your mind through the lens of  1) who you are, 2) what you value, and 3) how you're wired . What follows are aha moments that inspire you on the path to change. We all get stuck at times and working with a coach is a great way to move forward.
